Porthole Cabinets

Designed specifically with and for the artist Kate Ive to display her works commissioned for the new RHSC in Edinburgh. This is a small selection of the 19 works she created. Immensely proud of these, and the way they incorporate lighting so subtly and utilise the same shell for 3 different internal layouts. The plain illumination, backlit lightbox, and the double sided ‘through wall’ versions. They are all designed to be fully accessible and easy access for maintenance whilst also being very robust and secure when locked.
